We know that your wedding revolves around 3 things – the two of you and the bar! We’re Seddon Hospitality, owners of Copper Co, Silver Stream and our retro Piaggio Fizz86 bar. We’ve got over 10+ years in high-end hospitality; working in some of the world’s best hotels, cruise ships and industry settings, we’ve got you covered – I know everyone says this, but we really do!

Services

If you think we might be a good fit, then we’ve got several ways that we can work together. We can work from anywhere; venues, fields, homes or warehouses.

Cash and Card Bar – The usual bar arrangement you’re used to.

Have your guests pay for their – and hopefully your – drinks. Our card machines work anywhere, so don’t worry about where your wedding is! We usually work on a minimum spend basis, so a deposit is paid and if the minimum spend is reached then you get your deposit back! Win-win, ey!

Open Bar

Want to pay for your guests then this option allows you to have a fixed menu which is free, flowing and unlimited. We can provide this for the full day, or for a fixed time during your day.

Tab Bar

Choose an amount, open a tab and we’ll serve drinks up to this amount. After this is spent either up the tab, or we can move to a Cash and Card bar.

Token Bar

Want to provide a set number of drinks to your guests, then we can provide token package that fits your needs. Whether it’s to provide drinks to a special group of people, kickstart the evening festivities or even just to say thank you to each guest.

Dry Hire – Bar only or Staff and Bar hire

Want to source your own drinks and staff, then this is the option for you. We can hire you one of our statement bars to run your drinks through. Prices start from £2,400 for weekend hire, plus deposit. We can also sort staff for you as well, if required.

We can also do a combination of any of the above.
