After our first chat, we pencil your name & date next to the items you’d like We then require a 50% deposit of the total cost of your items, plus 100% of any customisation/bespoke orders. This will be sent on an invoice to you, including an easy to follow payment schedule When booking OTDS, we require 100% of the fee to reserve our stylist’s day Once paid, your booking is confirmed & the items are reserved for you Your final balance is due 6 weeks before your event date, this will be the remaining 50% plus any delivery & collection fees All payments are made via online bank transfer to our business account Don’t forget you can add more items to your order later, the same process will apply
