This option sets the default duration for your booking slots. It determines the times your customers see when booking
Example: If you choose a 30-minute time slot, clients will see booking times like 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 11:30 am, and so on.
If you are an event supplier who generally only caters to one booking per day, for example a wedding photographer, entertainer, celebrant etc, you will need to set your time slot length to ‘1 day’. By doing this, you are telling the system to block out the entire day!
You can also set the time slot length to match the exact duration of the service you’re offering. If this option is turned on, the time slot length will be equal to the duration of the service.
Example: If your service lasts 1 hour, clients will see booking times every hour (e.g., 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm).
Default setting: Disabled (you can enable this if needed).
You can set a minimum notice period for bookings to ensure you have enough time to prepare.
Example: If you want clients to book at least 1 day in advance, set the minimum time requirement to ‘1 day’. You can disable this if it’s not needed.
Default setting: Disabled (can be customised based on your business).
You can limit how far in the future clients can book your services. This is useful for managing availability over a set time frame.
Example: If you set it to 90 days, clients will not be able to book your services more than 90 days in advance.
The default setting is 365 days (you can adjust this).
Depending on your country or preference, you can choose whether the week on your calendar starts on Sunday or Monday.
Different regions use different date formats (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY). Set the format that matches your preferences or location.
You can choose between a 12-hour clock (AM/PM) or a 24-hour clock (military time) for your booking system.
You can decide whether new bookings are automatically approved or set to “Pending” for manual confirmation. If set to “Pending,” appointments will need to be reviewed before they are confirmed.
Default setting: Approved (can be changed to Pending if you prefer manual approval).
This feature ensures that your clients see your availability in their local time zone. This is especially helpful if you offer services to clients in different regions.
To prevent spam bookings, you can enable Google reCAPTCHA. This adds a layer of security, especially if you offer free services or have a payment-on-the-day option.
Admins can manually create bookings outside of the standard working hours if this option is enabled. This is useful for special cases where you need to override regular availability.
By enabling this, only users who are logged in will be able to make bookings. This directs unregistered visitors to log in before they can access the booking panel.
This option automatically creates a WordPress user for new clients who book through your system. A random password is generated and can be sent to the client via email notifications.
