As wedding season starts up again, we are quickly reminded of all those beautiful, finer details that make a stunning bohemian wedding. The rusts, the pampas, the plants, and the greenery are all staples if you are craving that bohemian feel. But with so many lists and hundreds of inspirational screenshots in your camera roll, it can feel never-ending! I am here to tell you (having planned a bohemian-style wedding myself) that I believe the key to a stunning wedding is in the venue. So with that in mind, here are some of our favourite bohemian wedding venues in West Yorkshire.
So, with that in mind, we have scoured the internet and narrowed it down for you, so here are our Top Bohemian Wedding Venues in West Yorkshire
In no particular order;
“The Faversham has recently been renovated and re-imaged to create a stylish, stunning and flexible backdrop to your event whilst still keeping many of the venue‘s original features.”
Ceremony in the conservatory – 85
Evening reception – 300
Our favorite bit – The conservatory! With tonnes of natural lighting, terracotta tiled flooring and installed greenery, it’s hard to find a better backdrop for a bohemian wedding.
“Hold your ceremony in our beautiful barn room, intimate sitting room, a marquee, yurt or tipi, or in a natural woodland setting”
Up to 150 guests
Accommodation for 47 guests.
Our favorite bit – The flexibility! There is a barn, space for a marquee, a working farm and lots of beautiful outdoor space and woodland. The ability to use so much outdoor space in this venue makes it a strong contender for a bohemian style wedding. So whatever type of vibe you are after, Lineham Farm have you covered.
“With a romantic barn festooned in twinkling lights, intimate gardens and the historic house reflected in the pond”
Up to 250 guests
Our favorite bit – Perfect, whatever the weather. The converted barn is surrounded by the beautiful national trust gardens which make for stunning wedding photos. I have been lucky enough to attend two weddings here, in summer and winter and on both occasions, the venue blew me away.
“The high-arched, south-facing glazed wagon door overlooking the meadows fills the ground floor and spacious mezzanine with light and the bi-folding double doors open wide giving direct access to the lawn”
60 day guests
90 evening guests
Our favorite bit – They can accommodate outdoor weddings! Picture straw bales & a fire pit… (weather permitting, of course)
“..with all the charm of the original industrial features you would expect from a converted textile mill with stripped wood floors, exposed brick, and high ceilings”
Up to 400
Our favorite bit – The space! I got married here, so I really do speak from experience when I tell you that this venue is completely beautiful. With exposed brick and original flooring, the industrial feel of this old converted mill is the perfect canvas for your bohemian wedding!
